Barry Buffer usually handles the monthly system reset.

This month, he is unaccounted for.

Unfortunately, the reset still needs to happen, and Barry being Barry, nothing is properly documented.

Barry was preparing a monthly system reset for an unknown machine, but instead of writing the reset code down plainly (as he never does), he:

  • Split it into six parts
  • Encoded each part using a different technical representation
  • Scattered those parts across logs, configs, snippets, and notes

Your task is to decode all six subparts by understanding how Barry thought, not what he wrote.

Each stage contains one artifact from Barry's workbench. The value you need is in there somewhere, not always obvious, and rarely in the form you expect.

Recover all six subparts to complete the initialization sequence.

"If you're reading this, it means the obvious thing wasn't obvious. Don't panic. Read it like a system, not like a sentence." — Barry Buffer
